He gave me clear expectations on timing of the project and then was able to schedule us a week early. During design he gave me recommendations based on prior experiences and the craftsmanship of his team’s work beat my expectations. The crew took pride in having a job site that left minimal evidence that they were there. They even cut out pieces of sod to backfill along the new concrete.
