Everything you want from a contractor. He came out and provided a quote on the same day. Contract was clear and concise and he lived up to all the terms at the price we agreed. He gave me clear expectations on timing of the project and then was able to schedule us a week early. During design he gave me recommendations based on prior experiences and the craftsmanship of his team’s work beat my expectations. We reached out to Tanenbaum Services & Concrete on a Saturday, received an in-person quote on Monday, and had the job started & completed that same Friday!
