Fantastic job completed at our home sidewalk and garage floor. Nick outlined a way for the sidewalk in the front of our house to go around a tree, as opposed to cutting the tree down (see pictures). Everything you want from a contractor. He came out and provided a quote on the same day. Contract was clear and concise and he lived up to all the terms at the price we agreed. He gave me clear expectations on timing of the project and then was able to schedule us a week early. During design he gave me recommendations based on prior experiences and the craftsmanship of his team’s work beat my expectations. The crew took pride in having a job site that left minimal evidence that they were there. They even cut out pieces of sod to backfill along the new concrete. We reached out to Tanenbaum Services & Concrete on a Saturday, received an in-person quote on Monday, and had the job started & completed that same Friday! Granted, it was a smaller scale job, but we are thrilled with the outcome. The top of our driveway required pavers to be removed and new concrete to be poured. What I really appreciated with this experience was how Nick stayed honest to his timeline on completing the work, as well as stick to word on the work he was going to do. We even made a deal to fix my fence and he was back the next after laying concrete to fix it. We were also impressed how Nick and his team worked sun up to sun down on the days they were working on our concrete. We all know how some contractors take on too many jobs and spread themselves too thin, I did not get this with Nick. I felt he put his full attention on our project, which was much appreciated.
